If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Ignaze product, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date — no questions asked. This return policy applies exclusively to purchases made directly through Ignaze.com and must comply with the conditions outlined below. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs when possible.

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging (covered with protective seal), and accompanied by an online receipt or proof of purchase. This ensures that we can maintain the integrity of our inventory and provide a seamless return process.

Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the criteria outlined above. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may vary based on the financial institution involved.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Customers should reach out to our customer service team via email providing their order number and details regarding the reason for the return. Our team is committed to addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently within 1-3 business days and guide you through the process to ensure a smooth experience. Please do not send any products back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted. C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) shipments will be refused.

Holiday Extended Return Policy

For purchases made between October 1 and December 31, we offer an additional 60 days for returns or exchanges, extending the return window to 90 days from the purchase date. This extension accommodates potential shipping delays that are common during the holiday season. While shipping companies have improved their efficiency over the years, it’s always better to plan ahead.

Defective or Damaged Products

In cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, customers are encouraged to contact our customer service team immediately at support@Ignaze.com. You will be required to provide video and photo proof of the damage. Once validated, we will offer a replacement in the form of a gift card, allowing you to repurchase the item directly from Ignaze.com. Ignaze will cover all shipping costs associated with this process.

It is important to note that certain items may be exempt from refunds, including personalized or custom-made products. Additionally, any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

 

Important Note

This return policy will take effect once Ignaze.com launches its shipping program. You will know the shipping program is live when the "Buy Now" button on our website is active. We are finalizing negotiations and will notify customers once the program is fully operational.
