Ignaze Shipping Information
At Ignaze, we strive to get your products to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Our Fulfillment Center operates 5 days a week (excluding holidays), with extended hours during peak seasons to meet high demand. Once your order is placed, it’s immediately queued for processing. We aim to ship the same day you order or within 1 business day. All shipping timelines depend on product availability, so in-stock items will be prioritized.

For orders totaling $59.99 or less, standard shipping is $7.99, and expedited shipping is available for $13.99.
Important Details:
- The delivery time reflects how long it will take to reach you once the order leaves our Fulfillment Center.
- Shipping is only available to the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping promotions do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping and will incur additional shipping costs.
- We cannot ship to APO/FPO/AE military addresses, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or Guam.
- All orders are subject to acceptance by Ignaze, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. In the event of a cancellation after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
